You are solely responsible for the security of your account and all activities carried out through it. Login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with any third party. If someone accesses your account without authorization, you must notify the fo99 support team immediately.

2.2 Account Suspension & Closure

fo99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incorrect information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to cheat, defraud, or gain unauthorized advantages.
• Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.

2.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through the fo99 support team. Any outstanding withdrawable balance will be paid out before the account is closed; however, bonus balances may be forfeited in accordance with the terms and conditions.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Limits

3.3 Withdrawal Limits & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). After a successful deposit and completed verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

3.4 Accuracy of Deposit Information

You are required to deposit from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be reversed.

3.5 Failed Transactions

If a deposit or withdrawal fails for any reason, please contact the fo99 support team. fo99 will not be liable for failed transactions due to technical errors, but will provide assistance in resolving the issue.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at fo99 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → Total balance ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed once per person, household, address, or payment method.
• Bonuses must be used on specific games at fo99; not all games may count toward wagering calculations.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged or transferred to another person.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other method of gaining unfair advantages is found, fo99 may cancel the bonus and close the account.

5.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. It is your responsibility to verify all information correctly before placing a bet.

5.2 Technical Errors

fo99 reserves the right to void any bet or game round completed unintentionally due to software errors, network issues, or other technical reasons. In such cases, the bet amount will be refunded.

5.3 Sports Betting

fo99 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following rules apply to sports betting:

• Bets may be placed before a match or event begins; live betting follows separate rules.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, bets will be settled according to fo99's specific policy.
• fo99 reserves the right to void bets placed on odds that were created based on incorrect information.
